the room was good, beds comfy. easy access to transport and fresh towels & bedding on request. also had a bus service right outside and a tram just a short walk away. loved that there was an aldi right next door for snacks. overall, pretty cozy and warm stay!

But the breakfast was kinda disappointing, and the staff could be more friendly. it felt like they were just doing their job without any warmth.

Check nearby bakeries for fresh breakfast options, as the hotel breakfast area can get quite cramped during busy hours.

the stay was almost decent, but the toilet was yellowed, looking like it had seen better days. no fridge or streaming on the tv was a real letdown. after such inconveniences, one would think a complimentary gift would be offered, but no. it seems they believe that regular service is adequate. not impressed at all.

The bathroom had a persistent black stripe in the toilet, which is quite unwelcoming. the staff lacked consistency in service. one receptionist declined my request for an early check-in flat out, whereas another allowed it after I waited for quite some time, leaving me feeling undervalued.

Stayed for 4 nights in a standard double room. The beds were super comfy, and I loved the proper pillows! The bar area was a chill spot for drinks after a long day. Only wish the staff were a bit friendlier. I kinda felt like just another number at times.

We had a blast with friends! The hotel had modern rooms and was close to some great spots. We enjoyed a chill afternoon in the English Garden and visited Olympiapark for some fun activities. Easy access to nearby supermarkets and a bakery made it super convenient.

One downside was that the breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours, making it a bit hard to find a seat.

the elevator was a bit slow🚶‍♂️. but the beds were great, and the breakfast had a good variety! also, the location was safe with many options nearby. 🥐

The staff went above and beyond when I arrived early they had a room ready for me which was nice because I really needed to rest up after the travels. The shower had one of those rainfall shower heads, it was quite spectacular really.

It wasn't cheap but definitely worth the price considering everything they offered.
